i have been attained the TNEA counselling in 2018 and i got college but did not join ,can i attain once more in TNEA counselling 2019.

As far as I know, the qualifying exam marks of the same year are considered for TNEA. Like class XII scores in 2018 will be considered for TNEA 2018 only. For more details, you can write to the authorities concerned asking about vacant seats, if any.
