I have been offered Bio Tech in first round of counselling at Thapar Patiala. What are the chances of upgradation to computer science in next rounds. My 12th percentage is 93.5.

Yes,chances are there,you can expect because you have good score...The factors that decides upgradation are:
- College(it depends upon the college because,reputed colleges have more competition).
- Preference list(you will get only if you have given cs before biotech in your preference list).
