    I have been provided Life Science of NIT Rourkela but in 12th Board I was not from Biology. What should I do?

    Hello,



    First of all congratulations for your selection in NIT Rourkela but if you are allotted Life Science.



    So i think if you have not studied Biology in class 12,then since you might have no option for changing your branch in a different collge.



    So if you are alloted a seat in this branch,then i think you may continue it by putting your 100%.



    And one thing if you find that the scope of this branch is not that or you are not able to find your interest then i personally think that you should not continue with this branch and you can change your branch by upgrading it in your 2nd year.

    But sir it's a restriction for a PCM students for 12th board and there is a rule also that the fee(70,000) will not be refundable.

    9. If a candidate who has been allotted a seat in Special Round-II and his/her seat cancelled due to ineligibility or in-appropriate documents, his/her participation fee and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will not be refunded.I am scared  plzz help me

    Yes if you been aloted a seat in special round 2 and seats gets cancelled due to the above reasons then no fee is refunded back.
    I'm so sorry if this was the case in special round1 then participation fee would have been refunded.

    Listen to participate in the special round i think that you have also withdrawn your seat from the josaa counseling.Because josaa and special round 1and 2 have no interconnection.Please don't worry.Please talk to a good counsellor or any person from the  counseling committee

    So now it may be possible for you to take the seat that was alloted in 1st round.But it's possible only if you had kocked that seat otherwise it's not possible.But it's better you can confirm any person from the counseling committee.

    Hi,

    It's OK if you did not had biology in your 12th class, if the college is providing you Life Sciences then you must be eligible for it. So if you tink that you are intersted in it and can pursue it easily then you can go for it, or you can always take a drop.

    Dear Sahil,

    As you don't have Biology during your 12th it's going to be matter a lot. But if think you can accommodate to the life science course you can go for it. You have to do a lot work on Biology in order to take admission. If really interested start reading NCERT which will help you in the later part.
