I have been re-alloted seat in another college and in allotment order fees is showing Zero with prior paid fees to be refunded back to me

You will get that refund automatically in some of the working days.Usually,the refund take time due to the bank process.The banks take time to process the request.If they shows refund then it will surely takes place or otherwise the fee will be adjusted in your current college fee.So,don't worry for that.You will get the refund in the bank account used for transaction.
