I have been retained my previous seat but I haven't freezed it in the 2nd Round & I want Law in VIPS .

Its okay youe previous seat will be retained in the next round if you have placed VIPS on top so in the nest round your seat will be retained.
In next round you can get a college which you have placed above VIPS,next round is supposed to be third round but due to delay it may be sliding round and spot round is always done in the end.
