M.Tech in nanoscience and technology is a two year full time postgraduate level degree programme offered by Pondicherry university. The eligibility for the same is minimum 55 percent aggregate in graduation ( Bsc physics/chemistry/electronics/nanoscience/ or equivalent) from a recognized university.
The placements of this department of Pondicherry university, are decent. The median salary is 3.6 Lakhs INR per Annum. Accenture, HCL, Bank of America, Cognizant etc are the recruiters here.
