Hi Subrat, thanks for your query.
For sorting out this problem. First you clear the cookies of your browser and also clear the browsing data for past few days so that data related to that website may be deleted. Then try again. If problem persists try changing the browser. If still, it do not work then you do it in incognito window of your browser.

Sir, Sorry to say but it is not working
If you are doing this in your mobile phone then please do it on desktop,(rule of registration says that you have to do it on desktop) and check that you are using the correct link:
