Hey there, even I faced the same problem but the solution is simple. Just go to jee mains official home page website instead of directly jumping in admit card link, after going to the home page scroll down a bit you can 3 boxes of pink colour. Now  click on login and enter your details after entering your page will open over there eyou have download admit card option. Here's how you can download admit card and do it on laptop or PC.

It's the same problem as mine and no,,the person that answered this saying click to the "forget password" link is not helping either.

I don't have answer to your question but I want to know if you have found some solution to it cuz that's my plight too
