We have a new notice in eamcet website... That we can change the date if we are writing bitsat and the date clashes with that of eamcet date... Pls check that out.
We have to do nothing but to mail on eamcet officials our preferable slots for writing eamcet. Mail them ASAP.
Between I have the same issue.

See the issue that you have mentioned is common issue for most of the people appearing for BITSAT as well as EAMCET so what is recommended for you is just reach out to either authorities and make them aware of your issue and request them to change the slot which has been booked for you and as EAMCET will be conducted in multiple shifts so you can request them to adjust it accordingly. Or you can ask the authorities of BITSAT to prepone your slot but do it only when your final date and timing is announced and if it clashes.
