Hello,
The basic eligibility criteria for NET JRF is that a candidate should have obtainedmaster's degreeor equivalent with 55% marks are eligible.
Since you only have done a Bachelor's , you are not eligible. Enroll in any Masters course and then prepare for entrance test side by side and and then you can apply for the NET JRF.

Hello Dear,
Junior Research Fellow is awarded by the University Grants Commission to the candidates who qualify in the National Eligibility Test securing marks equal/higher than the set cut off in the particular subject in which the candidate has givenNET Exam. As per the required eligibility criteria, a candidate who wants to appear in the JRF NET Exam must have completed master's degree or a 4 year's Bachelors degree. As right now you have pursued B.Sc. In Nursing, so you are eligible for the NET Exam, you can enroll for the master's degree related to following streams -
Physical Science
Chemical Science
Mathematical Science
Earth Science
Life Science
