As long as your permanent address is right, it should not be a problem. Address is just for namesake, it doesn't matter if you've given your permanent address instead of your residential address. It's just for security and as long as you've a valid proof stating the given address, it's absolutely okay.

The address which I have mentioned is temporary one. And all my documents are on my permanent address which I haven't mentioned.

JIPMER doesn't ask for address proof, most probably it won't create any problem. Though they ask for identity proofs such as aadhaar or passport, but they don't usually check for your address. If you get selected for the counseling process, they'll ask for your address again, make sure that you type it right then.
