I got the same issue did not got admin approval what should I DO

See you should follow the discrepancy instruction and just change the signature in time. After some time if the administrator approves then again you will be provided discrepancy message. So you have nothing to worry about the subsequent stages but you should resolve the problem this time.

Also you can try to use the correction window and see if you can change your signature there. The correction window will be valid till 14th August,2021upto 2 PM.
