No problem u can wear any dress but it should b according to neet regulations

No it is not any necessary thing. They will give some suggestion to wear the kind of dress. Its is introduce to count the no. of student wants to wear customary dress. It will give them an idea. It will not affect you any where in your exam or after the exam. So dont worry.
