Hello aspirant,
As per your query, caste certificate and and income both are different things. There is no problem if you have filled annual income above 8 LPA. It is not compulsory for the OBC candidates that their family's income must be less than 8 lakhs. On the other hand, income certificate is responsible for your family's income, not OBC certificate. And for this one problem you'll face that if a candidate having annual income more than 1 LPA then his/her fees will not be deducted. If one's annual income is less than 1 lakhs and he belongs to OBC category then he'll get the scholarship firstly. Your annual income is above 8 lakhs then it is so sure that you'll face problems for scholarship.
One more factor you have to know is that, your scholarship and fees will be decided at the time of councelling and if your income certificate shows your income less than 1 LPA that time then your all issues get resolved.
If your query is for session 2 examination then you have time to re-correct your form as the correction window will be opening within some days.
Hope this helps you:)
