i have caste certificate but no caste validity certificate, Ibelongs to obc category, Still can I apply for cat MBA 2023??

Cast certificate is a caste validation certificate in itself and yes you can apply for CAT 2023 with your caste certificate as an OBC candidate. If you do not possess any caste certificate then you would be considered as a general candidate and if you possess one you can definitely apply as a candidate of the category that you have caste certificate for.
