Dear Student,

To apply to west bengal counselling if you are non- resident of this state then you have to show your parent's domicile (permanent resident of 10yrs)to apply for state level counselling with necessary documents (aadhar card,voter card,passport of parents)then you have to apply to state counselling for admission in any West Bengal medical college via their official website which is given below.
