I have central list obc certificate and I have Up income certificate will it works in du for addmission.

Hello there
I don't think it will going to cause any problem during the counselling .There is no such central income certificate .However if in any case college ask some other type of income certificate (less possible ) you can write an application and can provide the certificate later as college provides enough time to submit the documents in case you don't have at that time .
