I have chances to get the NIT ECE branch, electrical in coep, and CS in pict, vit in pune which is best placement wise and carrer wise.

If u are quite sure at your rank that u can get NIT!! Then u go for nit ECE..

Among other colleges you should go for COEP followed by VIT Pune than PICT
