I have change my caste from OBC to SC but it is not reflecting on my JEE main January result. But it is reflecting on confirmation page.

As you have changed your category from obc to sc therefore, it will reflect on confirmation page, currently.
It will reflect on your jee rank after the final declaration of jee main result on 30th April.
