i have changed my school in class 11th i have submitted class 10th marksheet and tc everything , but i have not submited birth certifciate , can cbse stop me from giving board exam just beacuse of birth certificate

No, CBSE will not stop you from giving your board exams solely because of not submitting your birth certificate, especially if you have already provided your Class 10th marksheet and Transfer Certificate (TC). Your Class 10th marksheet usually serves as proof of your date of birth since it contains your personal details, including your date of birth.
