I have checked my response sheet from key and I got 52 marks is this my total marks surely?

If you are talking about AP EAMCET exam, then this is not the total marks. Because aggregate will take into account both IPE marks and EAMCET marks with weightage of 25% and 75%. The same applies to any other exam which considers both entrance exam and boards results for final aggregate.
Otherwise, unless you have not counted properly, that should be your final score. Verify once again if you want.
