I have chosen commerce with maths in my intermediate. I want to study law further & become and judge. Show me the way please.

Hi,

It's really nice that you've decided so early that what you want to become in your life. In order to become judge one has to clear all the associated steps of Judicial Services Examination. For taking part one need to have LLB degree to appear for the competitive exam. As you are in Senior Secondary phase of your schooling you should go for five year Integrated LLB programmes after completing class 12th board exam. For pursuing the five-year integrated law programmes, you need to appear for CLAT , AILET , HPNLET , LSAT India and SLAT .

First step toward moving the law course will be preparing for the entrance exam. The most Law entrance exams focus on checking candidates grasp and understanding of English, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Mathematics Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning. To become a judge the best way is to Get a 5year or 3year LL.B degree from a college or university recognised by Bar council of India. You may write CLAT(common law admission test) for 5year Law course after completing HSC exam (12th std) if you want to pursue your course from NLUs(national law universities), they are premium institutions for law courses in india.
