I have chosen PCMB at the beginning of my 12th standards currently, would it be stressful or must I change back to PCB for NEET?

If you can manage to study the four subjects together then I will suggest you to go for PCMB because this combination will leave you with variety of options after 12th.

Of course it is going to be a bit difficult to study maths along with the other three subjects and if you are focussed for NEET then there's no use of maths so go with the combination PCB.
