I have Class 10 marksheet but not Passing Certificate. Should I upload marksheet instead of certificate during neet application . I am from Ssc board and will I face any problem counselling If I dont have Passing certificate.

Hello,

If you don't have the passing certificate then you should make a affidavit mentioning after how much time you will be able to submit the required document, you should  also get in touch with the authority and inform them about the situation.

you should always upload the correct document at the correct place, if you'll upload mark sheet in the column of certificate then there are chances that your application get rejected and then you have to re-submit everything.
