Hello Aftab
According to the NEET UG eligibility criteria, you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects in both Class 11 and Class 12 and your minimum aggregate marks for PCB subjects should be 50% if you belong to UR category and 40% for OBC/SC/ST.
As you are pursuing B.A and in B.A course you must not be studying any of the science subjects so you can appear for NEET exam on the basis of your Class 12th marks.

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you can appear for NEET exam and after qualifying the exam you will be eligible for admission to medical colleges.
Good Luck!
For admissions in MBBS , it is mandatory to clear NEET exam. Through NEET exam, 15% of the total intake of seats especially in government colleges (except J&K) are reserved for All India Quota seats, which is filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
