If you want to appear for JEE Advanced next year, you have to qualify JEE Mains next year also. This year's qualification will not be a criteria next year. So, you can't appear for JEE Advanced next year without appearing and qualifying JEE Mains next year.

No you can't give your jee advanced exam in the year for that you have to again give jee mains and if you will qualify that then you will eligible to give jee advanced . So here i will suggest you to give jee advanced this year only if you jave qulified your jee mains and further if you again want to appear in the next year then you can appear for the next year .

You cannot appear for JEE advanced without appearing for JEE main.
JEE main is like a a preliminary exam for JEE advanced.
You need to to clear a cutoff set up by IIT only after which you can set for JEE advanced exam.
It doesn't matter whether you're qualified the exam previous year or not.
Attempt of every year is completely independent.
