Uceed is a national level exam conducted every year to provide admission in bachelor of design (b.des) course  in different institute.

Eligibility-
1.Candidate must be 10+2 passed from a recognised board .
2. Students can attempt maximum of 2 consecutive year for uceed.

So since you are passed out  in 2019 you will be able to apply for uceed 2021. Students who have passed class 12 in 2018 or before are not eligible.

Marks are valid for 1 year.

sorry to say but you are not eligible as the eligibility criteria of 2021 says candidate must have passed their 10+2 from any recognized board in the year 2020, students who will appear for their 12th standard in year 2021 are also eligible to apply for the admission under UCEED.
