I have cleared my LLB 2nd year exams from a college in mumbai in 2010 and now i want to join a college for the 3rd year. Do i need to appear for mhcet for getting an admission in any of the law colleges in mumbai
hi,
see mhtcet llb exam entrance test held by STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST CELL, MAHARASHTRA STATE, MUMBAI, for llb 3 years course as well as 5 years course. now since you are in middle of the llb course you do not need to again appear in mhtcet entrance test if you want to take admission in third year, mhtcet llb exam is for admission in first year of 3 years or 5 years duration llb courses. but if you want to start from first year you can definitely go for the exam.
now see most of the college donot permit to take admission in middle of any course. so I suggest you to directly contact with the college authority in which you want to take admission to know about rules and regulations for migration to another college.
hope you may understand.
Hello,
whatever be the reason, you will not get admission in the middle year. Even for lateral entry, you have to satisfy the eligibility criteria which is candidate should have done diploma.
its been 10 years break so no reasons will be considered. You have to appear CLAT exam and take admission as any other candidate. You have to start again from 1st year. Check out for next CLAT exam and prepare accordingly.
On the basis of CLAT score, you will get admission in law college.
Hope it helps!
