Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing well ! Yes ,no doubt you can sit in next attempt of NDA if you wish to do that but your date of birth should be between 2003 to 2006 ,but before that you should not loose hope there is a enough time to be prepare for SSB if you can't do this time then I think you can't do it next time ,not demotivating you but this is true.

Hope you will understand !

Thanking you!

Hello,

Yes, you can sit for the NDA examination as many times as you wish provided you fulfil all the eligibility criterias.

Also there is enough time for preparation for SSB. You must keep in mind one thing, since you would be going for SSB at such a tender age, you won't be evaluated as severely and strictly as it is done for students who aspire to join Indian Defence Forces after graduation.

Hence make the most use of this opportunity and try to give your best in your SSB.

There are certain eligibility criteria that one has to fulfil to be able to write the National defence academy/Naval Academy or NDA/NA examination.

Academic wise eligibility criteria is-

Candidates must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Most of the time age is the deciding factor for eligibility. Now the age wise eligibility criteria is that the candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.

Also for the NDA 2022 examination the DOB of the candidates for the two attempts is as following-

• NDA -1, 2022

DOB Between - 2nd July 2003 to 1st July , 2006

• NDA - 2, 2022

DOB Between- 2nd January , 2004, to 1st January , 2007
