I have cleared the ssc cgl pre with ews category. But I don't have ews certificate of before closing date. is there any chance that ssc will accept ews of after closing date at the time of dv? I have heard that few states were not making ews near the mentioned closing date in notification. Any hope?

Everyone faces this problem.
But, the recruitment agencies have accepted the "latest" certificate in the past. You shall not face any problem, I believe.
The lessor for us is to get the certificates earlier and keep it for applying.
