Both B.Com and BMS are good options for you from a reputed college. In B.Com maths may be included but in case of BMS no maths is included.
If you are interested in management then you should go with BMS or BBA , on the contrary if you are interested in commerce then you should go with B.com.

Here are some reputed colleges that you can apply for a B.Com Degree.
1. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce- This college offers a three year B.Com Degree with the minimum eligibility as scoring at least 40% in the twelfth grade. The interested candidates should register online and produce the verified documents. The selection is done on merit.
2.Christ University, Bangalore- This college offers a three year undergraduate B.Com course. The basic eligibility for this course is to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. The merit screening is based on the marks obtained in 10+2
3.Loyola College, Chennai- This college is highly reputed for its commerce courses. To gain admission, the candidate must have qualified the 10+2 examinations from a recognised board.
4.Wilson College,Mumbai- This three year on campus course in Mumbai does its screening based on the merit of the student. A student seeking admission to the first year of B.Com. should have passed the H.S.C. or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board and is found to be eligible for the same by the University Of Mumbai.
Universities offering BMS without the pre-requisite of studying maths are:
1. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies- This is a public college in Delhi. Candidates, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
2.Shiv Nadar University- This University is located in Noida. This four year course accepts candidates should have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks (English mandatory) in any stream from any recognised college/board.
3. Jai Hind College-The minimum eligibility for admission into this college is passing the 10+2 examinations with 50% aggregate.

see its not necessary to have mathematics in 12th course for b.com (//b.com) studies, but for bms course some institute mention about mandatory of mathematics as a subject in 10+2 level. see if you are interested for accounting, audit and tally studies of financial analysis, b,com is suitable for you. if you are interest to learn about management studies to run an organization then bms course is ideal for you.
