I have committed mistake in entering date if birth in kcet application what will happen if i did not correct it

Hello,
If you have chance to correct then do it. If any details is found wrong then your application will get rejected then and there.
It will cost you a year if you don't go for other entrance or direct admission. Wasting time is not a good option. KCET is bit easy than JEE mains and it will be easy to crack if you do continuous practice.
Do correct it. Don't take risk.
