i have completd my +2 what should I opt to become judge at 21 m 18 now.should I opt llb of 3 years or llb + integrated course of 5 years and even if I opt 5 yrs llb which is best course to appear for judiciary exams like (ba.llb , llb etc.,.) can i apply for llb first and then for integrated course
Hi,
After 12th you can not apply directly to three years llb course because the eligibility to apply for llb is one should have passed graduation course of minimum three years duration like B.A ,BBA, B.Com, B.Sc etc.
So to do llb you have to first enroll yourself for a graduation course. After completing that course you can apply to llb course.
Integrated llb courses like ba.llb , bba.llb, bsc.llb are the five years courses where you do graduation and llb at the same time. The educational eligibility to apply for this course is candidate should have passed 10+2 .
If you do graduation it will require 3 years and after that enroll in llb it will require 3 years to complete. So in all you need 6 years if you want to do llb course.
If you do integrated llb course it will complete in 5 years.
You can choose any stream like b.a llb, bba.llb, bsc.llb depending you intrest in the subjects.
Hope you find these helpful.
