Hi,
You have only completed your 12 now and to be eligible for ias exam you have to complete graduation from a recognized college. So first complete a college degree and choose a course which will help you in choosing optionals in ias exam as if your graduation course and ias optional course will be same then your concepts will be clear after completing the degree and after revising the course for 2 -3 times you can appear for the ias exam and score good .
