As per the recent rules, you need to have completed 10th and 12th Standard in the state of Gujrat. But if you have a domicile certificate for the state of Gujarat, then you will be eligible for 85% State Quota for the state of Gujarat. Every state counseling authority differs in their definition of domecile status. Therefore, make sure you have your documents ready before your counselling procedure to avoid discrepancies. For Andra Pradesh, you need to have a consecutive four years of study to obtain domecile. I hope I have answered your query. All the best!
