I have completed 10.now I want to study with commerce.what job can I get from it.and am I able to do computer engineering.
If you are taking commerce with computer science as course in 11 and 12 th then you can do B.S.C computer science or Information technology. But you can do B.TECH computer science engineering. For engineering you need to study maths in your 11 and 12 th.
If you want to go in commerce field, they are have plenty of opportunities . After completing 12 , you can do B.com in company secretary, finance, banking etc The career prospects in commerce and its interdisciplinary domains such as Banking, Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary, Economics, Stock Broking, Cost Work and Accountancy, and Agricultural Economics are extremely bright. B.Com along with Chartered Accountancy or MBA will pay you to a larger extent. These degrees will able to pay you to have a good position in public and private organisations

If you want to do computer Science engineering then you have to go for Science stream as the most important criteria is 10+2 in physics,chemistry and mathematics along with English. After intermediate you can go for any national or state level entrance to take admission in any engineering college.
with out Intermediate in science stream you can't do computer science engineering.
if you want to take computer then you can pursue MCA after completion of BA.

Commerce is a good option but you will not be able to pursue engineering through it you need to study NON MEDICAL to pursue engineering
Or you can do a polytechnic course you are eligible for it in computer science and get admissions in 2nd year in b. Tech
Through commerce you can Study B. Com, BCA BBA and do jobs in banking sector and become chartered accountant or company secretary
