Rabindra School of Open Schooling is recognised open school and students of recognised open boards are eligible for Neet 2021 examination
This is because,
Eligibility of students from recognised open boards is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement ,students of all recognised open boards are eligible for Neet examination .
You have have mentioned that you have a got 75% in the aggregate to PCB+English but to check your eligibility only your aggregate in PCB i. e physics chemistry and Biology is considered. What is your aggregate in PCB?
You are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you have done your 12th from Ravindra School of Open Schooling provided
you must have passed 12th examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you meet this criteria then with your qualification you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you are from from open school
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

-) Neet 2021 application form will be released at its official website i. e ntaneet . nic . in , and once released you will be able to fill it by going through these steps :- neet registration - > filling of the application form - > uploading documents - > paying the application form taking a printout of the confirmation page . Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

You should pass 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.Class 12 aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET. class 12 percentage required for NEET exam is separate for each category. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects.for each category below is mandategory:
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
so yes according to the eligibility criteria you are eligible to give neet.
