I have completed 12th grade with PCM but is there any way by which I can become eligible to appear for Aiims mbbs or NEET exams.

Sorry,but NO.,there's no chance you can appear in neet as you don't have biology in class11th and 12th.To be eligible for neet Biology or Biotechnology in your class 12 board exam admit card is a must.
