The eligibility criteria for NEST 2019 is..
Applicant must have studied Science with the combination of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
As you didn't have bio as a subject in 12, so you are not eligible to apply for the nest.

National Entrance and Screening Test(NEST) is conducted jointly by National Institute of Science Education and Research,Bhubaneshwar and University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences , Mumbai for admission to integrated M.Sc. courses offered by these institutes.
The eligibility requires general category students to pass class 12th xamination in science stream with 60% aggregate, so you are eligible for NEST exam if you have aggregate of 60%.

If you've completed your 12th in 2018 only, then you can definitely go for NEST. You are eligible for it. However, the only condition is that if you're a candidate then you should have 60% aggregate and for category, your aggregate shall be 55% or more.

As per your question,Candidates musthave secured at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in class 12thexam .
Hence if u have above 60% in your class 12th, then u are eligible.
