Yes you are eligible to apply in NEET exam if you have scored according to your category from this eligibility criteria UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)and your age should not be more than 25 years of age or more for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.

Yes, definitely you can give NEET exam as long as you fulfill the criteria for NEET.The test requires that a candidate,
- is required to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2019
- should have passed 10+2 with science stream (physics, chemistry, biology) with minimum required percentage of 50% in case of belonging to unreserved category and 40% in case of belonging to reserved category(SC,ST,OBC).
which in your case I assume must be so as you have completed your graduation in microbiology.
