i have completed all basic registration form for aiims .but i have written my father's name instead of my mother's name how can i change

Yeah! You can log in to your application form for correction before the deadline date of the application!
You can make corrections in personal detail,image correction etc.
After making corrections you can check you application status by again loging in.
