Yes you can apply for PG course in abroad

First you have to decide which course you are going to select and the country which you are opting

Once you selected the particular country and course you should meet their requirements

Go for tests such as IELTS tofels GRE according to the university requirements

Once you have all this you can apply to the university and wait for their offer letter 

Once you get that you can apply for Visa and fees
