Hello Aspirant,
I would suggest you to prepare for NEET entrance test.If you will score well then you will get admission in top college which are considered same level as IITs.They provide best work opportunities and placements.Or else also there are lot of private colleges, you can also get admission in them if you don't have time to prepare.
