As per the eligibility criteria for UP TGT Science, it states that candidates with BSc having physics and chemistry along with BEd are eligible to apply for the post, as you have done BPharm hence you are not eligible for the same, you can visit the official website at http://www.upsessb.org/ for more details regarding this, anyway if you're interested in teaching then why not go for higher education, you can pursue Mpharm, or even PhD in future, pursuing higher studies will help you in teaching at university level, a lso what adds more weightage in your CV is publishing research paper, as you'll be teaching higher classes having these credentials help a lot, hence you can consider the option of higher studies for further advancement in a career in teaching, you can go through this official notification of PCI at http://www.pci.nic.in/pdf/46.pdf , this will help you get to know in more detailed manner about eligibilit criteria of teaching at university level.
