i have completed class 10 at 2017 with 44 percentage and completed my 12th at 2021 with 59.6 percentage.now my age is 24. and i took admission on private engineering colleges.is any possibility to get good job after i complete my b.tech at the age 28.also im a very good programmer.is it any chance.

Hello.

If you complete your course successfully without failing in any paper, then it might be possible for you to a good job. If you have placements at your college, then you can get job through those placements. Yes it is important to have a first class career but it is not impossible to get a job if you do not have a first class career. If you have the right skills for the job and also have done well in your engineering course then it might not be a problem. However, if you are good at programming then you should consider doing some extra certificate course that you can put om your CV to add some credibility to it.
