I am guessing that you have done diploma in Engineering
Yes, you are eligible for AP EAMCET after your diploma in engineering.
You can check the educational qualification required to be eligible for AP EAMCET examination :-
* one must be either appearing or should have passed 12 from Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or equivalent board with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry or vocational subject and must have got at least 45% or 40% marks in case of reserved categories to be eligible.
OR
* Those who are in final year of diploma in engineering or have passed it with 45% marks or 40% marks in case of reserved categories from state board of technical education and training, AP or Telangana are also eligible for APEAMCET .

Your AP EAMCET 2021 examination:-
-) will be conducted in online mode i. e it will computer based test
-) it will be tentatively conducted in the 3rd week of April 2021.
