If u have already completed diploma in EE and you want to join directly in 2nd of B-tech these process is called lateral entry. So the procedure is you have to appear MHTCET (Maharashtra Common entrance test ) Entrance exam for lateral entry students in these basis only u can join.

Each state conducts it's own counselling for admission in engineering through lateral entry.Depending on college the application process will be done either in offline mode or online mode.The conducting body or college will release an official notification for admission you need to apply within the notified date.You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria depending on the college.And if you have minimum cut off aggregate in diploma you will be given admission based on your preferences and vacancies.Please tell your state and the college in which you are interested in so that we may help you further.
