CLAT eligibility for undergraduate law programme is:
Educational qualification - The candidate should have passed the Class 12th or and an equivalent examination from a recognized board or institution.
Marks in qualifying exam - The general category candidates must secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates belonging to the SC and ST candidates need to secure at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
As per the Bar Council rules, there is no age limit for appearing in CLAT 2021.
CLAT eligibility for postgraduate law programme is:
The candidate should have completed a graduate degree in law (3-year LLB or 5-year LLB) from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Candidates appearing for CLAT LLM must secure at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination. The SC/ST category candidates must secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
Age limit - There is no upper age limit for appearing in CLAT LLM 2021

The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) prescribes CLAT 2021 eligibility criteria.
If you want to pursue UG law, you should have completed Class 12th
For candidates who want to appear in CLAT LLM should have completed graduation in LLB (3-year LLB or 5-year LLB).
Marks in qualifying exam -
The general category at least 45% .
SC and ST candidates at least 40% marks
So if you want to apply for CLAT UG, you are eligible!
Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in any discipline with minimum 45 Percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
For Clat PG Applicants need a Bachelor degree of law from a recognized university.
