I have completed diploma in mechanical engineering.... so I have interested in aeronautical engineering.... can i do that

Yes, you can easily pursue aeronautical engineering after diploma in mechanical engineering, you can do BE aeronautical engineering also you will be able to get admission directly in the second year if have excellent performance in your diploma since lateral entry is allowed in BE or B Tech second year.
