Yes I can totally understand the situation you have gone through and the reason behind 63% score of yours. But the fact is depending on the marks that you scored which is around 63% it is somewhat difficult to make it through B.Pharm lateral entry in the second year.
There are few colleges who conduct their own Entrance Exam and if you perform well in that you can expect a good seat. For the Government Colleges it would be somewhat difficult but better not to loose hope and you can try for the government colleges but keep the private options in hand too.

Colleges in Maharashtra offering B. Pharmacy Lateral Entry into 2 nd year are listed below. Admission is based on entrance exam like MHT CET or NEET, etc./ merit obtained in qualifying exam.
Candidates must have passed with minimum 55 to 60 percentage in Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised College or University. Also, some Colleges requires the candidates to be minimum 18 years while taking admission.
